See an outfit on your own photo before deciding how you feel about it. Showroom brings AI image generation into a familiar virtual fitting-room experience.

The experience

Choose a photo, add a garment, and generate a try-on image. Keep clothing in a wardrobe so you can return to it and explore different looks. The preview above shows an example of the visual transformation; it is not a measurement or fit guarantee.

Engineering focus

The interface brings photo selection, clothing selection, generation, and results into a Flutter app for iOS and Android. Each stage needs a clear next step, especially while a generated image is still on its way.

Earlier development work combined image generation and background removal into a single server-side operation, reducing the number of calls the client needed to coordinate. I wrote about that work in the first development log.
